Electric Sites and Understanding the Campground at VHR

We do not have water at the sites, but you can easily fill your tank here before you park your LQ or RV.

 

Before you leave, feel free to use our onsite dump station.

Sites 1-22 are pull through sites. Sites 23-32, you will either back in when you arrive or back out when you go to depart. If you can't back worth a dang, we can either help you or do it for you. You just got to let us know. We do ask that you not park on the grass and that you don't leave equine tied to your trailer other than saddling and unsaddling....it just wreaks havoc on our sites and makes it a mess for future clients.

 

If you have a horse that tries to dig a hole to China, we have hitching posts that you can leave them tied to for training purposes. Chances are you will see our own equine tied there for that same exact reason.

 

Each night you stay a bundle (8 sticks) of firewood is included. Additional bundles are $3.

Electric sites are $35 a night plus tax. Primitive sites are $25 a night plus tax.

 

Campers are welcome even when we have an event. Please check the website calendar for our schedule. And please always make a reservation.
